I really don't see the good in this money wasting project. Unless you have several million sitting around this won't be the place for you. Do you think there going to let any average person just nosy around this place? Do you think anything is going to be affordable? It does make great business sense. Build it for $500 million, sell the condos and double/triple your money, then roll out.

Why not build a small amusement/water park with some shops and condos in this area. The thought of Family fund sounds much better then giving the rich a new playground.

This is truly the way forward ! It is about time the City of New Orleans embraces a project that is truly for the city and not the boosting of the Politician's position. Our council has far to long delayed a project that should have been completed a long time ago.

I think that it is about time that someone from the community gets the city off its duff and challenges them to do what we in New Orleans East have been waiting for well over a decade.

I cannot agree with you more. Unfortunately our leaders are the same faces and even today are having trouble on Poydras Street. This development can certainly place them in good graces with those that placed them in office.

Nolatown Group big vision enables the New Orleans East residents to realize the credit due. Thanks for encouraging us to do something by not standing idle. I hope all our local politicians take notice of the efforts and work with the same determination your team has to make New Orleans East a great place to live, work & raise a family.

This is a great project. There would be many benefits to the Eastern New Orleans community as a whole. I hope to see this project succeed.

I think this is pretty cool that someone cares enough to propose this in New Orleans East. Thank you!
