Nolatown Development Group, LLC (NDG), a Louisiana corporation is comprised of an illustrious team of architects, engineers and builders formed to assist in re-establishing New Orleans back to the healthy, vibrant, world-class city it is known for, while keeping in mind the confines of the Unified New Orleans Plan.NOLATOWN executives (Glenn A. Broom, Kemic A. Smothers, Esq. and Rickey Spearman) are life-long residents and long-time constituents of East New Orleans and they have marketed and promoted everything from New Orleans’ mild climate to Louisiana’s tax credits. As entertainment industry professionals, NOLATOWN’s wide-ranging affiliations have benefited their efforts tremendously. Their primary objectives have been to seek/create interest in the unique culture of New Orleans, attract major industry awareness, secure substantial business relationships, and return to New Orleans the result of their association’s efforts. All bases have been covered; from private financing and urban planning to multi-generational entertainment and cultural preservation.
